Does the Transition Pack include 14 tubs?+
No. The £4.99 Transition Pack contains 4 transition pots and 4 meals. The one-time set of 14 complimentary reusable tubs comes with a customer's first 1, 2 or 4 week food order.
What happens on my second order?+
Choose “I already have my tubs”. Your order is then the frozen food supply without another complimentary 14-tub set.
Is delivery really 24 hours?+
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next-working-day delivery but does not guarantee it. We only offer this checkout to postcode areas where Royal Mail currently publishes a Tracked 24 delivery target.
Can I subscribe?+
Not yet. Two-week and four-week orders can instead add a calendar reminder after checkout, one week before the food is expected to run out.
